I have had the privilege of working with Jan Elizabeth on several advertising and promotional projects over the last six years for two different companies I have worked for. Her expertise in the area of design is one that I highly admire and respect. Very few individuals take the time and extra care that is necessary to produce an extremely high quality piece as she does.

One such project was what started out as an 8-page brochure for a high-end custom wood door manufacturer and ended up being one of the most beautiful 24-page catalogues in the industry - all due to the fact that what she helped to create was so classy and of such good quality, we just had to make it a larger piece. Her honesty and integrity have also come into play while working together. She has the strength to speak up when she thinks that the quality of the final piece would be in any way compromised, and at the same time, she sensitively listens to what the needs or concerns of the client are.

On several occasions after I would communicate my higher-ups thoughts and desires, she would quickly come up with resolutions to accomplish their needs in ways that were creatively unique and in some instances, requiring very little outlay of funds. I have complete trust in Jan's sense of design, array of resources and just plain "common sense" - as I stated earlier,- it is rare to come across an individual such as Jan. Not only do Jan and I collaborate in a professional manner, but I truly feel that we simultaneously have become friends as a result of her warmth and friendliness during our working relationship.

A couple of years ago I moved to a different/second company and because of the positive experiences I have had with Jan, I was glad to recommend her design services to my present employer. We have been using Jan's services ever since.

I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much I appreciated the professional work which you did to produce our posters explaining our technical processes. It was by no means an easy task we gave you, and it took not only your creative, artistic talent, but also the ability to understand the underlying concepts and make them comprehensible to laypeople. They were helpful to our Manager of Continuous Processes as he described our business to our guests.

As a matter of fact, one of the comments made on our surveys filled out by people attending the Open House was that, of all the things they saw that day, they liked the artwork the most. I think the final decision is the posters will remain hanging for the smaller plant tours we have on a regular basis. They add a nice touch. Over the past 2 years we have hired Jan multiple times to help us with a variety of business needs.
